Podcast Mission

​​​Blending education and and storytelling, the goal of the podcast is to share teachable moments from successful entrepreneurs and business leaders. 

​Each episode highlights a niche challenge in entrepreneurship, and offers valuable, actionable lessons for listeners to implement into their own journey.

How have I helped?

My role as Executive Producer has been to develop and drive the Homegrown CEO Podcast.

Currently, I lead all pre-production stages including guest outreach, creative direction, scripting and recording. 

I have also developed a streamlined workflow, created detailed project management boards to better follow the work of our global team, and conducted in-depth research which will contribute to our final marketing strategy. 
Our first episodes are being released as audio-only, with plans to expand into video later in 2026. For this debut, I also undertook all audio editing.
